i am 67 years old and use to sing many many years ago. I am struggling to maintain my pitch. My question is would it assist if I purchased a IEM unit.

Hello! It's possible, but I'd try it out before making the investment. If you have a music store like Guitar Center nearby, perhaps you can try one in-store. I don't have experience using an IEM to train pitch with students, but I can imagine it helping!
