I sent a video for feedback on September 26th and since then I haven't received any reponse. I've contacted the support twice and they assured me they had talked to one of the instructors. 
As I'm a beginner, I'm keen to receive the insights and guidance to help me improve. 

I'd gladly appreciate any updates on the status of my submission or an estimate timeframe I can expect the feedback.
