Is the beginners course really for men?

    I have no idea how you guys are doing this but I can't imagine how I should be possible doing this exersice in the beginners 30 days course as a man. The female teacher sings that high. I have no chance

    Please follow along with a beginner course by a male instructor instead! Jon & Jonathan have level 1 courses, and Abram has a level 2 course. Any of those should be an easy fit!
