    Hi Ms Camille

Is it okay to skip right to part 3 exercises which are more challenging as they put more strain on the throat for warm ups? Will skipping part 1 and 2 be harmful to my voice?

Hi Kang, I always recommend beginning your warmup with something semi-occluded (lip trill, straw, humming, or a narrow vowel). But if your voice feels good and you want to skip to part 3, try it and see how it feels. Your body will let you know if it wasn't ready!
