Hi like the title suggests I got into abit of a scrap around 3 weeks ago. I got choked and my voice has not felt the same since. Its really upset me as I've been practising for years now and was really making some huge improvements but now it feels like it's been stole and I'm desperate to find a way to my voice again. I've been doing very little practice and only seem to have trouble with my head voice and relaxation.

Does anyone have any help they can offer please, singing my life .

    Thank you

I'm so sorry to hear that! My advice (and that of most singing specialists) is to see the doctor if you've experienced hoarseness for 2 weeks or longer. Your doctor might recommend getting scoped to visualize your vocal folds! Especially with potential injury, I'd want to see what's going on before jumping back into practice.

If you're unable to see a doctor soon, vocal rest is the best thing you can do for your recovery!
