Hi Camille, I noticed sometimes when I sing I get lightheaded. What causes that?

Hi, Jenny! It's possible that you're taking in more air than you can use and subsequently holding your breath. To correct this, plan the size of your breath according to the length and demands of the upcoming phrase. It's also possible that you're not breathing often enough!

My advice is to breathe as naturally as possible, take in enough air for the phrase you're about to sing, and breathe as often as needed.
