Does anyone else suffer from Tinnitus? I woke up one morning in November 2019 with tinnitus and have had it ever since. Can't put my finger on what caused it aside from years and years of performing in loud bands and going to concerts. I'm finally seeing a specialist on Friday via video to see if it can be resolved but feel it has affected my singing.

Any recommendations if it can't be fixed on how to prevent further damage, I have some earplugs I carry with me everywhere but wanted to check for further advice. Anything I can do to help singing with tinnitus?
