    Hi Camille or Abram

In terms of vowels AIEOU - do Americans pronounce the E as 'A'? Just checking because I was bought up with pronouncing the E as 'Eh' as in ear (with a slilent 'r'?). I'd like to confirm I'm on the right track because sometimes the 'E' on 30DS sounds like an 'A' to me. Should I pronounce as an 'A' to make sure I'm getting an exercise right?

Great question, Seann! For that exercise, we're typically using the Latin A sound (as in "father"). Same "a" sound that you find in Spanish as well! Hope that helps - let me know if you need more clarification.
