Chest and head voice ?

    Hello Camille,i have add chest and head voice in my vocal routine and its been 5 days since i practiced but i feel very hard to sing now especially from my chest voice, i am finding it hard to sing after adding chest voice and head voice exercise in my routine.Can you tell me what it is that is wrong or anything else ?

    Hi, Pemba!

    I encourage you to vocalize on something closed like a lip trill, MM, NN, NG, or singing through a straw. This will help your voice find the easiest coordination for it! See below for some more explanation and examples: https://www.voicescienceworks.org/sovt-exercises.html.
