Hey there so am I suppose to be doing just one lesson a day and practicing that or going through the whole lot with him. Im up to day 9 in 2 days and wondering if there is a lesson sheet he gives out to practice daily or just as i am?

One a day is recommended just to allow yourself time to soak up the information. You can do more than one in a day but best just to take your time. Its not a race.
