MUCUS ON THE VOCAL CHORDS

    Hello !

    Since 2 months, i've been have a cold. 

    I have mucus on the vocal  chords, i stopped  the warm up for 3 weeks after i tried gently and is the same.

    The water  didn't help...  I dont know what to do.. I am so frustranted.. Nothing works.. Pleae help..

    When i am go to warming up or singing i am drawning..

    I'm so sorry to hear that, Daniel! Can you feel or see any post-nasal drip causing the mucus on your cords? It could be allergy-related or it could be related to acid reflux. Since it's been a while, I encourage you to ask your doctor for their advice! They can help you determine the underlying issue and find a treatment.

    drink a cup of hot tea with some honey and lemon. That may help you. Best of luck
