private lesson

    Dear 30 day instructors,

    I am looking to have my next private lesson to ask about vocal strain and possibly try pinpoint what might be the cause of my upper neck muscles or throat muscles sore/tender every 3-4 weeks. Its a bit harder to think of it as strain or pick up early signs as I dnt really have a sore throat during singing or during these times but there is discomfort inside those areas mentioned. Sometimes some neck pain aswell.

    At the moment, the muscles aint sore anymore but sometimes when I take in a deep breath, it feels like the breath seems to go past the irritated area/ sore area. It seems to be better than a couple of days so I was wondering whether I should book a lesson while It hasint completely healed yet (to see the problem while it is still going on) or I should wait till it is completely better first?

    Thank you, looking forward to meeting the instructors :)

    Hi Kerrie,

    I recommend waiting until you're feeling healthy to book a lesson! You'll get the most out of it that way.
