When I was studying the second lesson of the 30 Day Beginner Course with Camille, I had a question. There are a lot of warm-up exercises in the second lesson. What I want to ask is, do you have to maintain the pre-yawn state  when you inhale in each exercise? For example, the practice of the first lip vibrato  and the practice of ah and ma later. thanks。

If it helps you, yes! I find the pre-yawn helpful to open and relax the throat, but if it feels unnecessary to you, and you're achieving the tone you want, no need.
