Hi, Noah! It's possible that your breath flow is inconsistent. Try singing on something closed (lip trill, hum, NN, NG); then, something with some extra breath resistance (BUB, GEE, etc). You can also try sustaining less and working towards holding those pitches longer over time.

Hi!

Whenever I sing, especially really high, my voice wavers a lot (or is really shaky) and I'm wondering how I can fix this. I'm sure it's not vibrato, because while vibrato is slight changes in pitch, this seems more like slight changes in dynamics or instability.
