    Hi!

I'm going to perform on Sunday and Monday for 1500 people.

I'm going to be in the show and sing.

The problem is that this morning I got up really hoarse and I do not know if I will have time to heal.

Does anyone have any tips to give me (urgent) so I will not be hoarse.

I also need tips on how to sing live and how to calm stress.

    thank u!

    Hi Malki,

The best thing you can do is go on vocal rest (no singing or talking) so that your swelling can go down. Drink plenty of water, warm tea with honey and ginger, and gargle with warm salt water a few times a day. Steam is also helpful, as are saline sinus rinses to deal with any postnasal drip or congestion.

Here are some tips for singing with confidence: https://www.30daysinger.com/blog/build-confidence-as-a-singer. Have fun, Malki! I hope you recover quickly.
