    Hi Camille,

I wanna ask you how do I engage only my ribs and lower abdominals as breath support. The upper abdominals region is supposed to relaxed because it has the solar plexus there, and if I engage it then my larynx will get tense because it is an indirect muscle pair. So how do I only engage my lower abdominals and ribs as support?

If your solar plexus is relaxed, it'll "pop out"! Although we think of our abdominals as one group, you do have control to only contract the low abs. Here's another video on not "locking up" the solar plexus.
