Hello. When I try to take a full breath my tummy doesn't tend to go out. How can I expand 360? (Sometimes it prefers going in but I know that's wrong)

First, stand tall with your chest lifted; next, relax your belly muscles. Breathe through your nose to start, and consider lying on your back to get used to belly breathing before standing upright again. Hope that helps!
