Buzzing sound.

When doing the warm up exercises I hear this high pitch buzzing sound at the back of my throat(mostly at the right side of my throat).

This happens especially when doing the ah/yah exercise and dosent seem to happen as much during the "Ooo" exercise(However it still happens).

I was wondering if it was because Im not getting a good vocal fold compression and the air isn't passing through my throat correctly or something but I wasnt sure.

    Thanks'

Hard to pinpoint the cause without hearing you - but I sometimes get a buzzing sound in my nose (somewhat randomly, perhaps due to congestion). If you think it's air/compression related, does the tone sound breathy or weak?
