Hi, Jack! I recommend completing one main lesson per day, same as the beginner course! For the first day, you might complete the intro video and the "part 1" video together, since the intro video doesn't typically include singing, but is more of an overview.

For the advanced lessons and tips and tricks is the recommended format one lesson per day or complete all lessons of that particular course in one day?
