Hello everyone, i wanted to know if my accent matters if i sing in english. What i mean is, does it matter if english isn't my first language and the accent isn't really developed yet? Would that affect anything?

I love hearing singers use their native accents! Regardless of the language or accent you sing in, the principles of healthy technique will apply. The only things specific to native English speakers are the vowel and consonant sounds used in American English - but those are flexible, too. We often have to change vowel sounds to make them easier to sing!
