When it comes to the pelvic floor and support. when you say bear down, (Camille) are we still holding the pelvic floor up like in kegals?

Hi, Geki! No, bearing down is almost the opposite of a Kegel. Some compare it to bearing down for a bowel movement, though with less intensity. I'll be honest, I don't currently think too much about the pelvic floor for support. I encourage you to try out these different approaches and see what feels most natural to you!
