Hi, Tobias! We have a warmdown video coming soon on the YouTube channel. But for now: a warmdown is the opposite of a warmup, meaning we move from more challenging (open vowels) to least challenging (lip trills, humming, narrow voowels, etc) and we go from higher range to lower (bringing your voice back into your speaking range).

A great, simple warmdown would be singing on something closed (straw singing, lip trill, hum, etc) and gliding from high to low!
