Trills!

    I am seriously struggling with these trills! I feel like there must be some sort of basic technique that I'm just missing because I can get through the first couple and then it's like my lips go into paralysis and I can't even get a noise to come out 😂

    Not a problem, Kelly! The best alternative is singing through a straw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cMSTt3oY7E. You can also try a sustained hum, NN, NG, VV or ZZ sound.
