Vocal range vanishes over the course of the day. Why?

In the morning, after coming out of bed, my vocal range goes from a0 to e3 chest and then to a3 head voice.

In the evening all left over is chest from e1 to e3 and head almost entirely lost.

What would be exercises to maintain my full range all day?

    Tnx

Hi, Karsten! I highly recommend vocalizing through a staw throughout the day to keep rebalancing your vocal folds and continually stretch them out with the least amount of vocal effort. See here for a quick how-to and straw warmup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cMSTt3oY7E. You can also ensure you're doing it right by singing into a cup of water with the straw - you want sound and bubbles at the same time!

Tnx Camille! I watched that youtube contribution and will incorporate the exercises into my dayly routines. Also singing into straw and water. Let`s see how much it takes that I can maintain my full range.
