    Hi Camille! Why do we do cool downs and when its done? is it done immediately after warmup or after the whole singing session.

    Cooldowns are intended to rebalance and relax your vocal folds (and the surround muscles), and are best completed at the end of your practice session. You may also do a cooldown after a a challenging exercise within your warmup so you're not moving forward with muscle tension.
