    Hi,

I am following the beginners course of Jonathan Estabrooks. There are so many exercises explained that I do not know how to practice anymore. Should I do all exercises for a short time so I am able to do all of them? Is it better to select a few to do for longer times? Or maybe cycle some of them as in do some exercises on one day and other exercises on another day?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, Jordi! I'm sorry for the confusion. If you don't feel you have a good grasp on any specific exercise, you could certainly return to it for a few days (or even weeks). Some students like to do the previous day's exercise before watching a new lesson.

Please see this article for more guidance on how to best use the course!
