Hi Camille! My larynx jumps up when I reach high pitch especially in liptrills. How do I stop that from happening? TIA!

Think down when singing higher, and imagine you're singing a deep, rich UH vowel (even when singing on a lip trill). You can also spend some time on an exaggerated "dopey" sound to keep the larynx lower.
