Good question! The engagement of your pelvic floor (or your abdominal muscles, for that matter), should be very gentle. With gentle engagement, we shouldn't be exerting enough force for that to be an issue!

Hey!

Weird Question, but do i have to worry about hemorrhoids when i engage the Pelvic Floor while Singing?
