Hi everyone, Do u guys get itchy throat when starting the course ? I don't know why but my throat has been itchy. Do u know how to stop it from happening? 

I haven't experienced that, but it could be slight irritation! Stay hydrated, make sure you're warming up gently, take breaks often, and consider a warmdown as well. I'd also consider the possibility of allergies!
