I really want to learn this progression, but cant hear where the notes are going when the instructor is bubbling her lips.  Is there a recording of this exercise where I can hear someone singing any way but the bubbling way? I love to sing and want to learn this complex progression, but that technique is difficult to discern and follow with my aging ears.
